In this course, students will be advised to read handouts given in the class and the lecturer will expound upon the contents in order to promote understanding of fundamental theory. Students and the lecturer will discuss specific precedents, experiences in practical cases, and issues in order to gain a further understanding of fundamental theory as well as to think from a legal point of view.
